Real estate Photography base rate within a 25-mile range of Month Clare, Pa is $100 per session, the session will include 1 property, & 15 retouched photos, no video. If you are outside the Month Clare, Pa area travel expenses will be added, starting at $5 per every 30 miles. Discounts can be applied for bulk orders and long distance. *All photo's are delivered digitally, in a web friendly size. If you need to print I can add print quality at no additional charge. Prints can be self fulfilled or printed through my studio.

Real estate package multiple home discount: 

5 homes, 20 retouched photos per home, $400. Homes must be in the same zip code, exceptions can be made for neighboring zip codes. Please see above for travel expenses and stipulations.

10 photo add on = $45

20 photo add on = $80

Promotional modeling base rate within a 25-mile range of Month Clare, Pa is $25 per hour, with no implied or nude photos. Makeup and hair must be provided or an additional cost will be accrued.
